Wisdom in the Season

Hello Everybody! 🙂

I’m still on vacation and loving it! 😀 Summer is my type of weather. I was born to walk in the Sun. Don’t hate lol. 😉 Winter is not my thing at all! I got access to a computer and felt like sharing a thought for today.

It’s important that when you go through transitional seasons in life that you must first and foremost apply wisdom to your understanding. There are things in which you must keep secret and don’t blab to the whole wide world about when you are getting blessed. Listen, contrary to popular opinion, there is a need to keep your mouth shut when you are getting blessed. Don’t be like a Joseph who aggravated his brothers to the point of them selling him off to be a slave in Egypt when God is showing you what He is about to do to you in your life. Because God’s plan is to prosper you, you need to know that you just need to have the wisdom to be DISCREET! I mean….keep it to yourself mate! It’s alright to be happy, but do your happy dance in a secret place and don’t be all showy about it because you will definitely attract your enemies attention and then you’ll end up asking yourself, “how did I land in this mess?”, “Why is everything in my life bound up all of a sudden?”, “how did I get into jail?” just like Joseph did when he blah blah blahed about his dreams about ruling over his brothers and family.

If you want to preserve your destiny you must learn to bridle that untamed tongue of yours. People may even provoke you to share your secrets of success, but if the Holy Spirit doesn’t lead you to share with certain people, then keep your mouth SHUT. The enemy is like a Roaring Lion seeking whom he may devour. Make sure that person he devours isn’t you. If you don’t know who your enemies are in each season, then ask the Lord to OPEN up your eyes to see. You may be quite shocked to find out how close these people are to you, so learn to guard your heart and seriously bridle your tongue from yapping about every good thing that’s happening to your life. I also strongly emphasize those with families to do this because you have people that you need to protect so shut your mouth and quit the temptation to boast or gloat. Some things don’t need to be testified too…just chillax (chill and relax) and be silent.

It is so important to apply wisdom in your daily affairs. Use discretion when you are communicating ideas and plans regarding your life. Not every Tom, Dick or Harry needs to know what God has planned for your life. Be very aware that some of the friends you had last season may become your enemies this season. I’m not joking about this. Some people who smiled at you last year will be jealous of you this year and will do everything in their power to see you not prosper and not succeed. You need to understand that as I have been talking about the type of year this is going to be, it is a year of restoration and recovery, but you need to understand that recovering all your potentials, all your blessings that God has predestined for you to have requires that you have a new mindset about the battles you will face. Listen, this isn’t the time to be sitting around watching things happen, this is the time to make things happen, but in all your getting says the Lord, get UNDERSTANDING. You will definitely need it this year.

You cannot afford to lean on your own understanding this year. You seriously have to lean on God for direction. That’s why it is imperative that you make God First this year…in fact throughout your life He should be FIRST. For those of you that didn’t make God a priority from before, if you make God a priority this year, you will see things shift and change in your life this year to your benefit. You haven’t got the time to remain idle and have a “woe is me” mentality. My friends, the Devil doesn’t care about your sappy attitude, you have to learn to FIGHT for God’s promises in your life this year. You will have to do something different this year in order to yield a profitable outcome and result. If you are still that person that keeps doing the same thing over and over again thinking you’ll obtain a different result, then my friend, you are INSANE. That is the actual definition of Insanity if you didn’t know, so STOP THAT NONSENSE NOW!

Having said that, God will cause some people to dream dreams this year and see visions. For those of you that pray and fast, expect results. However, do not pray and fast in vain for selfish reasons. That is not the point of praying and fasting. When you pray and you fast, seek God’s divine direction and clarity as to where you ought to go, what you ought to be doing and who you ought to meet. God is so interested in your life that He will even show you who you are supposed to meet, who you are supposed to do business with, which school you are supposed to go to in order to achieve whatever it is that you are meant to achieve etc etc. Do not limit God. Do not allow room for doubt and also, be prepared to step out and do things outside your comfort zone. Do Not Doubt GOD. If He said He will do it, He will do it.

I know that some people struggle with trusting God, and I also admit that there are areas in my life where I have doubted Him, however, it’s time to apply your FAITH during these times where you wonder if something will ever happen. Learn to understand that each promise will come to the fullness of time during its appointed time. There is an appointed time for every promise. In the Bible, such promises are referred to as what I call “The appointed time of life”. God’s promise to Abraham about receiving Isaac, his son of promise that Sarah would give birth to was based on this “Appointed time of Life”. You can read all about that in Genesis 18 for yourself. Remain open to how God leads you to the promises He has for you in your life because some of the instructions He gives will not make sense to you but, I guarantee that if you incline your ears to understanding and obey His voice, you will be pleasantly surprised by what He will show you this year.  The question is “Are you going to trust God this year?”

Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”

I declare and decree that God’s promises for your life will be returned to you according to the appointed time of life. For those waiting for spouses, it will happen according to the appointed time of life, for those waiting to conceive a child or a business idea, it will happen according to the appointed time of life, for those waiting to achieve the completion of their studies to launch into their careers, it will happen according to that appointed time of life. Whatever it is that you are waiting for, it will happen according to the appointed time of life. Though the vision tarries wait for it and it shall come to pass. This whole thing is all about putting your trust in the Lord for that vision 100%. You can be like Sarah and laugh when hearing what I’m saying, but God will bring that promise to fruition in your life this year so believe it and receive it, AMEN!
