Who’s Hard of Hearing?

Hi Peeps!

Today, I wanted to post this inspirational video to get y’all thinking about how we take our senses for granted. Sometimes we think we hear things very well, when it could very well be that we are hard of hearing. Although this video that I have posted below is with respect to physical ailments, you can think about it in a spiritual context when you think of those that hear the Word of God but refuse to be doers of what they hear.

Image result for Can you hear me nowIt’s one thing to be physically hard of hearing but it’s another to be emotionally and spiritually hard of hearing from the Voice of the Holy Spirit who at many times speaks to us through God-fearing individuals that try to guide us on the right path and in the right direction. Sometimes when people focus primarily on the problems that they see in others and keep pointing the finger over and over again at others, they too fail to see the existing problems that lie within them as well. It is very important not to be highly critical of others if you yourself are neither perfect by God’s standards.

Don’t be pointing the finger at someone so easily

We must learn to address issues we see in others in a loving way as to guide people back on the right path, rather than condemn and ridicule in order to make ourselves feel good about ourselves. At the end of the day, the finger we point at someone else will come back full circle if we refuse to be humble and loving to one another. Do to others as you’d have done to yourself. Jesus would want that so let us focus on being better Christians that display this level of love and compassion that draws others who even in their weakness, can experience the love of God through our actions because we operate in a Spirit of Love and Compassion that is attractive enough to follow, Amen! I pray that this video blesses your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 😀
