Hi Peeps!
I just had to post this amazing song that’s in my spirit right now by Trip Lee Feat. Taylor Hill called Billion Years. I just think the if we think of what the world could be like from a billion years from now, where would this world be? I find it interesting that the Bible verse of the day on Biblegateway.com is this:
Romans 14:8 NKJV – For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

If we have eternity with God in mind, 1000 years is like a day to God as much as a day is like a 1000 years if you take a look at this scripture:
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
A thousand years seems like a long time to us, but in actual fact it is not a long time at all. I mean, we are living in an age where we have people born past the year 2000 as being called “Millennials”. I mean that word didn’t even exist until we moved past the fear of the Y2K bug that was supposed to return us back to the stone age … and yet that didn’t happen. So now we have to consider the fact that maybe people will live long enough on Earth for “Billionnials” to be born.
My question as a Christian is what will happen when we hit the billionnial year?
Obviously we won’t live long enough in this world to find out but can you imagine moving past the idea of being a billienial and simply being a believer that has an eternity with Christ Jesus in Heaven? It’s wonderful to want to go to Heaven, because most people want to live there, but what we must do is make our current lives count.
Our current relationship with God is “the day” that is like a 1000 years to God. We need to make each Day count, because each day is accounted for as being equal to 1000 years.

How long has God waited for us to choose Him as the Truth, the Way and the Life?
That is a question I pose to all of us seeking to deepen our relationship with Him. That’s what this song got me thinking about. I pray that as you listen to this song, you will meditate on this question I have posed, so that it makes you ponder about deepening your connection and relationship with God if you especially feel like you’ve drifted far from Him as being your first love. Return to your First Love People! God Bless You Everybody! 🙂
