Seven “X” Seven Link Award

Another Award that I didn’t expect to receive today comes from my lovely friend PoeticJourney and have been Re-nominated by Myth , shreyagayu, allaboutlemon, and Michael from Have a Dream.

As with most Blog Awards on WordPress there are stipulations that must be met upon acceptance of the coveted award. So with the 7×7 Link Award the first thing you have to do is tell something about yourself that nobody knows. Oh MY! lol

I love watching Asian dramas (particularly Japanese. Indonesian and Korean) and I also love watching Japanese cartoons. I think Hayao Miyazaki must have influenced me a great deal when I lived in China.

Now comes the 7×7 links to my pieces I feel are worthy to link up:

Most Beautiful Piece:   Seeking Validation in the Wrong Places – A Love-Starved World

Most Helpful:  Learning to Listen rather than being Heard

Most Popular: Welcome to Pity Party: Please do NOT RSVP me!

Most Controversial: The Importance of Detecting False Humility

Most Surprisingly Successful: So you lied to me – Trust is Earned My Friend

Most Underrated: Maintain Standards to Build Integrity

Most Pride Worthy: Self Respect – I’m all about that!

Next step to the 7×7 Award fulfillment is to nominate 7 bloggers who I feel deserve the honor and hopefully haven’t already receive it

Scott Mitchell: http://fromscott.wordpress.com/

Halfwaybetweenthegutter: http://halfwaybetweenthegutter.wordpress.com

Zahir Yusuf: A Tale of My heart

Surviving the Storm: http://mountupbook.wordpress.com/

Liz Mason: Organizing the Inside

Mypastmademe: http://mypastmademe.com/

Nadiesbrain: http://nadiesbrain.wordpress.com/

If you have never heard of them, please make sure to check them out and HAVE A BLESSED AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  1. Congratulations yet again, Sherline! I have also been nominated for this award 2 or 3 times in the fall. I thoroughly agree with the item you listed as being Most Helpful: do you suppose all of us highly verbal folk really need to work at this listening business?

    • Thank you so much! *hugs*. I think that when it comes to the last question, it’s doesn’t matter what age, to reach a mutual understanding all parties must speak and be heard and all must listen attentively to garner true wisdom. I think young people my age need to learn to listen mostly since we can be hard headed lol 😀
