Heaven’s Anthem

Hi Everybody!

I apologize for not having posted anything for a while. I’ve been quite busy with so many things going on. Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2014???? I mean we are in the 11th month and so much has happened. I’m planning to leave the country for a lengthy trip soon and I anticipate that so much will transpire on my trip. I’ve been on preparation mode for it and at the same time I just wanted to drop a line and say a few words of encouragement and prophesy to y’all today.

The next four months including the month of November will be a transitional season for many of you. Where you are right now has been the preparation stage for unlocking the door of your “calling” in your life. It may appear to you that not much seems to be happening, but do not be deceived by your natural eyes. God has watched you tilling the ground and has watched you work the fields to cultivate your giftings that will launch you into the next level of your life. You must remember that operating in your calling demands that you walk a supernatural path (a path less traveled). This Supernatural path requires you to pray different, dream different, act different, fast, speak and move differently from the average Christian. Prepare your mind to receive new associations, networks and mentors that will groom you into new areas of leadership and stewardship as you tap into your calling. The emphasis I have been prodded by God about for the past few months is His concern for the people of God has been about “Activation of Calling”.

What must you do now? Pray and concern yourself with God’s agenda in this season. Every breakthrough you receive or should I say want to receive will only be given to you and I do mean ONLY be given to you while you are about Your Father’s Business. Focus on growth and analyze your weaknesses so that you can turn those weaknesses into strengths. Going to church doesn’t mean you are being activated into your calling. Mere attendance is not enough, you have to go out and do something with respect to advancing God’s agenda on the earth in your life. Your weaknesses do not determine nor limit you from God’s prescribed outcome for your life which is to prosper you and be in good health as your soul prospers (Jeremiah 29:11). Your Faith in action is what will determine your outcome.

Learn from the Past, Respect your Present, and Appreciate and Look forward to your Future. You serve a God that knows your past, present and future so understand that all of these timelines are important for you to note so that you will know what to do in the days yet to come.  If you don’t learn from your past, you will make mistakes in your present that can hinder you from God’s prescribed future. Focus on doing things that you haven’t tapped into before in order to move to the next stage. And Yes, that means getting outside of your comfort zone. The consequence of remaining in your comfort zone is Insanity and death. Insanity is doing what you’ve done before and still expecting a different result. God doesn’t work with insane people since death is at the end of that cycle.God only works with those who are up to the challenge of growing from their past mistakes and still having the end goal in mind. God is about life-giving (growth and prosperity) and not about death-sentence making (insanity, conviction). You must do things that attract life-giving growth in your life and choose not to participate in activities with a death-giving purpose to your destiny. Do not be complacent and self-focused, you must be God-centered and purpose-driven focused.

Encouragement: God has given you all the ingredients you need to be successful. The moment you became Born-Again, you achieved your overcomer status. Faith is what causes you to Overcome. Circumstances around you are not powerful enough that you are unable to overcome them. When you Believe and Trust God, Nothing at all in your life will become impossible for you because your mind has been transformed and renewed to be more like Christ. Remember in Whom you have believed.

1 John 5:4 – For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

Mark 9: 23 – Jesus said unto him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.

If you are lost and don’t know how to move into this season, then it means that who you are hanging out with in your current state, is at the same if not lower level than you. You must go out and pursue associations with people better than you if you want to escape your current condition. You must learn to humble yourself before those who have the necessary ideas, tools, and networks that can take you from your current level to the next higher level for your life. Do not despise your mentors,and remember to have an attitude of gratitude in all things that you do. How you treat people right now will determine whether or not you will fast-track into your calling tomorrow. Be mindful of this and seek wisdom above all else.

Knowledge must always be accompanied with wisdom for wisdom is what will preserve your destiny and protect your future. Seek it like Gold and Silver. Remain determined and develop a spirit of tenacity to not back down or give up until you have achieved your desired end result. AMEN 😀

The Power of Belief: “I think, therefore it is, and so shall it be”

The Power of Belief is more powerful than speech because everything created began with a thought before it was spoken into motion.

Did you know that you were first thought of before you were created?

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

We were all in the mind of God before He even spoke the world into motion.  He knew how we would look like before we were created. We were part of God’s imagination before we became His manifested creation. We can never know the mind of an artist until they translate their thoughts and ideas into something tangible, into something we can see and experience just like how you can never know the mind of a writer until they put their thoughts into writing so that you can read to understand their thoughts and ideas that are translated into words written on paper.

The Lord has been showing me how incredible we as people really are.  In the Word we are described as “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made” (Psalm 139:14) and even though this is true, as Sons and Daughters of the Most High God, we still struggle with an inferiority complex. We still don’t know who we are in Christ Jesus because we simply do not believe in God’s Word and what He says about us.

God Thinks, therefore I AM a Child of God created in His Image and Likeness.

How many of us really believe that?

Did you know that Miracles are a substance created from Hope that is rooted in Faith that comes from the thinker who decides to simply BELIEVE?

When you believe something is…it becomes your reality.

God has been speaking to me about guarding your mind as you build up your Faith. What you believe is what you become. It is important to guard your mind because even though there is power in spoken words, those spoken words first come from the heart of the thinker who believes in what they are saying.

Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

 

Whatever philosophy that you hold onto as Truth, inevitably becomes your reality if that is what you choose to BELIEVE.

 

So the question is: “What do you believe?”. Whose report do you Believe?  Do you believe in the Report of the Lord?

 

I believe that in the present time, we have to prepare our hearts to believe that what may seem impossible to us can become possible if we put our Faith and Trust in the right place which is in God’s Hands. If you believe in your heart that whatever you have need of  from the Lord and believe that God is able to meet that need, your thoughts will translate your faith into something that will become a tangible reality. If you believe that you are healed, your healing shall become so according to the proportion of your Faith. If you Trust God to break the bondages of poverty, sickness, divorce, abuse, addictions or whatever need you have of the Lord, and believe that He is able to break the chains and these reoccuring patterns of curses operating in your bloodline/generation, then your freedom will become your reality if you just believe that God is able. When you allow doubt to enter into your mind….that is when your belief system is crippled. Negative thoughts prevent people from seeing and receiving miracles because miracles are birthed from Faith that is rooted in ones belief.

 

Some people have a “Doubting Thomas” spirit that needs to “see things in order to believe”. Thomas was one of the disciples who needed to see the physical manifested resurrection of Jesus and touch his wounds as proof in order to believe that Jesus did in fact rise and is risen from the dead in fulfillment of the scriptures.

 

John 20:24-25

[ Seeing and Believing ]²⁴ Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. ²⁵ The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

 

Thomas did not believe in the miracle of Christ’s resurrection until he could perceive things with his own eyes. This is something to take note of because he totally missed his chance for his miracle that would transform his destiny just because of his doubt. Before meeting Thomas, the other disciples met Jesus and were commissioned to become apostles while Thomas was not there with them to witness this great miracle of Jesus’ Resurrection. The Lord Jesus breathed on the disciples who believed and they ended up being the ones who received the fire of the HOLY SPIRIT.

 

John 20: 21-23

²¹ So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” ²² And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. ²³ If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

What you receive from the Lord is attached to your level of Faith and Belief.

Thomas missed his chance to receive the Holy Spirit in this way just because he was stubborn in his DOUBT.

This event spoke volumes to me because it tells me that we need to have an already built-in expectation of Faith in order to receive a miracle. If you prepare your heart and choose to believe, you will see what you believe before it even happens. Those who doubt do not prepare to receive and therefore, it is no suprise that when a miracle does occur even in their midst, they that doubted often are the ones who miss out on their blessings.

So How Do We Go About Preparing for a Miracle? 

“How does one prepare for a storm?”

Sometimes weather forcasters tell us to prepare for hurricanes and other types of weather. You’ll have some people the will hear the report and believe in the report and will act on what they believe by preparing to stock up on food, boarding up and reinforcing their houses and whatever property they have to ensure that they are secure before the storm hits.

What was demonstrated here? FAITH IN ACTION.

The people first hear the report, believe in the report and act on it by preparing for what they believed in.  Wisdom is also demonstrated by those that don’t yield to doubt and hold on to Faith. Such people don’t need to see the storm in order to know that they need to prepare for it before it hits.

At the same time, we will have people that will hear the same report and will choose not to respond to it simply because they do not believe in the report of the weather forecasters.  They will choose not to prepare for it because in their mind they think the storm is highly unlikely to hit them and even if it were to hit, they will be convinced that it wouldn’t necessarily affect them or create real damage. Such people and their DOUBT causes them to miss out on the opportunity to prepare for the storm. By the time the storm hits, it is already too late to prepare to shield yourself for the onslaught that the winds bring as damage ensues from the rage of the storm.

This analogy is the same for miracles.

Just because you don’t see the storm doesn’t mean it won’t hit. A gentle wind can turn into a furious toronado filled with power given the amount of time and pressure required to gather momentum. If you are warned before hand to prepare for a storm, you will be prepared to handle what it brings if you respond to the report. However, for those who ignore such reports because of their heavy-seated doubts, they end up potentially being robbed of their chance to preserve their belongings as everything is taken away by the storm.

In the same way, those that believe in a miracle are the ones who prepare to receive one when they choose to BELIEVE IN THE REPORT OF THE LORD.  If you doubt God, you won’t receive your miracle because you failed to prepare your heart to build up your faith so that you can believe in what He has for you.

Belief in God is required in order to receive your miracle. It’s as simple as that.

Seeing is not believing, believing is seeing.

You have to prepare your heart so that it is unwavering in order to receive a miracle. Undaunted faith releases that which you hoped to receive. If you allow room for doubt, you will miss your blessings. I sense that the Lord wants people to prepare their hearts to believe so that we can receive that which we hoped for as the rain of miracles will rain down in due season.  If you don’t believe, you won’t receive and you will miss opportunities just because you didn’t prepare your heart and build your Faith. The time is NOW to prepare your heart and build your faith because the latter rain is going to be greater than the former.

So People of God…. Pursue to Build up your Faith in order to see the tangible manifestation of your miracles that God has waiting for you. Confess your doubts and ask God to give you more Faith. The more faith you have, the greater the miracle that will be released; however, God is searching for mustard seed Faith in the Body of Christ because there is such a stronghold of unbelief that is locking up people’s miracles. Be encouraged and seek God to increase your Faith, today! God bless you everybody!

Speak, Proclaim, Decree into your Future!!!!

Hi Everybody!

I’ve been so busy these past couple of days that I haven’t had enough time to blog. I’m taking part of a Kingdom Enforcers Conference being held at my Church. Prophetic writer Jim Goll is going to be there who wrote the book THE SEER amongst other titles and Mike Murdock is visiting. I’m very excited about the conference. I’m not just attending it but I’m participating in it since I am in the choir and I am expecting a great visitation of God’s glory through this conference. I mention this because I may not be able to blog during this week, but I wanted to leave a note of encouragement today and say that in your lives you have to SPEAK into the atmosphere of what you want to see.

Decree what it is and prophesy with that creative mouth that God blessed you with. If God created the world by just speaking and He created us to be made in His Image and likeness (Genesis 1:26; Genesis 1:27), we have the same ability to create our world by the Words that come out of our mouths. Some are seeking household salvation, Declare it so! Some are seeking healing in their bodies, Declare it so! By the Stripes of Our Lord Jesus, You are Healed in JESUS NAME!(Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24)

Use the Word and decree into your future. You have the power of words and Faith backed by the Words that you speak into the atmosphere. I am believing for much and will not remain satisfied of my current status quo until I see the fullness of Gods manifested presence in my life in all areas, health, finances, family, workplace and just my spiritual growth in the Lord. You have to learn to decree such a thing and allow the atmosphere to make it so.

Romans 4:17
(as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations” ) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;

Do not be discouraged by what you don’t see…when you speak by faith…trust me…you will see it like as if it were.We can get too distracted by the lack of manifestation…but the words we speak by faith is already preparing the way for the vision to be made manifest. You cannot give up until the words spoken out of your mouth have come into the fullness of its time. Everything made manifest must be done at the right timing and if we wait with patience we will see the vision but if we start to grumble and wonder“When is this thing going to happen when when when when!!!!!????“...we hinder the progress by our attitude and close our vision before it reaches its destination. This is a very key thing to understand people. Do not grumble but wait in expectation! Keep your faith alive is what I’m saying here folks. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and do not be moved by what you see. Always decree with the end in mind…and do not focus on the obstacles of the vision that you want to see made Manifest, AMEN! Press on towards the goal and fix your eyes on the prize!

Trust God and start to Proclaim, Decree a thing with the authority as a Child of God. Ask in His name and it shall be fulfilled according to His Will and Purpose for your life. See God move as you are moved by the HOLY SPIRIT. Speak into this atmosphere and allow your words to become manifested in the natural. Believing is Seeing AMEN!

Obedience Leads to Promise and fulfillment of DESTINY

Hello Everybody!

So today I was just doing a meditation in the book of Hebrews and read something that jumped at me.

It’s in Hebrews 3: 16-19

Failure of the Wilderness Wanderers

¹⁶ For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? ¹⁷ Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? ¹⁸ And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? ¹⁹ So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

Have you ever questioned why some people haven’t been receiving the full promises of God in their lives? Sometimes as we wait we can do one of two things during the waiting period for our promises.

1.) We can wait in Faith.  Believing is Seeing.

or

2.) We can wait in Unbelief. Seeing is not Believing.

In the passage above God tells us why the majority of the Children of Israel were unable to enter into the Promised Land.  The promised land is a place of destiny. If you are wondering why some people cannot reach their full potential, it’s because they have certain *character traits* that hinder them from reaching their places of DESTINY. In the passage above we discover that there were particular traits that prohibited the Children of Israel from entering their promised land.

1. They were rebellious (v. 16);

2. They had sinned (v. 17);

3. They were disobedient (v. 18); and

4. They were unbelievers of GOD’s WORD. (v. 19)

The Character traits listed above are what will prevent us from reaching our places of destiny if we choose to be Rebellious, Sinful, disobedient and unbelieving in the Word of God.

Folks, we cannot afford to be like that with the things that God wants to give us in our lifetime. We must seriously learn to walk by Faith and NOT by Sight because Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not yet seen (Hebrews 11:1).  So today I challenge you, analyze yourself and REPENT of any areas that exhibit the four traits listed here that are hindering you from receiving the promises of God in your life. Prosperity is your portion, but if you don’t even believe that…then you have to repent for Trait number 4 (UNBELIEF).

How you reach your destiny is determined by how you exercise your FAITH.

Destiny is always tied to FAITH.

The only thing that aborts Destiny is UNBELIEF.

This is just a short meditation today so I hope this blesses you. God bless you everybody and keep believing until you see God in your situations. God has your Jeremiah 29:11 promises for you so hold on to that truth and remain steadfast and Believe in that TRUTH.

Going the Distance – Building on Perserverance to Finish the Race

Day 11 of 21 Day Daniel Fast –  How many are you feeling a phsyical, emotional and spiritual change at this half-way point? You know when you run a long distance marathon, there are check points for runners to grab water or a towel to pat dry their sweat. Is this where you are right now? Has this Fast made you see how much you can endure when putting pressure in the supernatural realm to evoke a change in the natural? This is the test of endurance. Endurance that is cultivated by patience and built up perseverance. This has not been an easy Fast at all for me. I have gone a full week and have started to see so many things I need to curb within myself in order to pursue the greater things that God has for me. My expectations are to grow with a heart that mirrors Christ and yet when certain things rub me the wrong way, it can be discouraging at times when God is doing a great shaking in you to purify your soul to reflect His image. How many of you are experiencing this?

Today’s meditation is about Learning as you go along the way when Seeking God’s face and stretching your ears to Hear what He has to say to you in this time of Prayer and Fasting. Ask yourself, are you ready to bear the weight and the responsibility of the answer that He wants to download to your address? Sometimes in receiving the answer, we cannot be idly satisfied of  just receiving it and not anticipate that there could be more work for us to do. Look at what happened to Daniel in Chapters 10 & 11. He didn’t just receive an answer, he received further instructions to prepare for what was yet to come.

Are you even considering that the answers you receive may entail more work for YOU to do? Are you even prepared to handle that? Those  are the questions that are in my mind right now. Am I ready? Am I really prepared to handle what God has in store? To be quite honest, I am afraid of what God’s plans are for me but at the same time, I want to have the courage and walk by faith into it and do it afraid anyway. You can’t afford to mill around your comfort zones because great dreams, great visions, great faith require great measures, great preparation, and great ACTION. This is what has been in my heart at the moment. “Where is God taking me?” is the question. Where is GOD taking YOU???? Think about that and circle back when you receive your answers. Consider it, Reflect on it, Pray about it and then Act on it.

Going the distance to finish the race entails that you are gathering a level of mental preparation to PERFORM whatever is required of you to get to the finish line. The thing you need to understand is that you are persevering in your Fast through prayer and meditation to achieve your goals in the Spirit so that they manifest in the Natural.

You Fast, You Pray and then there is another step that accompanies these things which you have to prepare to do and that is You ACT. When YOU know better (after receiving revelation, answers etc) YOU DO better by acting on what YOU now KNOW (James 4:17).

Another thing you should understand is, that there is indeed more work required of you after the Fast has ended. So suffer no delusions my friends and family; PREPARE to Work,  PREPARE to Endure, PREPARE to Persevere, PREPARE yourself to put into action ALL the things you learned during the Daniel Fast in practical ways in your life.  Faith without works is DEAD (James 2:14). Remember, what I said in my earlier Post, Don’t do this Fast in Vain. Keep expecting a Change within to manifest a Change throughout.  Stay Blessed everybody.
