Freedom – All Things New

Hello Peeps!

Today, I’d like to post a song by Travis Greene called All Things New. Yesterday, I had a bit of drama with my car not being able to start. I took the car with the help of my dad to the mechanic and found out that the starter was the issue. The Mechanic was able to deal with the starter plug issue and my car was able to start again. I needed to have this fixed ASAP because it’s dangerous to drive on a highway and then all of a sudden have the car stop at 100km/hr that could lead to an accident. It was a bit of money to deal with but it was worth it. The car was fixed and it was as good as new.

So why am I telling you this story? I feel like without God and a relationship with Jesus, we can be like my car and drive like we don’t need a tune-up or fixing and just travel through life assuming that nothing can ever go wrong in our lives if we do things “our way”. There were warning signs initially when I was driving this car that there was something wrong with it but I don’t know much about cars to know what the issue is so I had to go to someone who could pinpoint what that was in order to get it fixed.

We too are like that… In some way, the issues in our heart are areas we can identify, such as hurt, pain, anger, anxiety etc etc. Sometimes we bottle up these emotions until we need a real tune-up from the Lord to show us that we need to stop and analyze our problems and issues. We can’t be like my car and guess what’s wrong with it when we can go to the Lord that is able to show us what needs fixing. He is the Master mechanic of our lives if you really think about it. In many cases, it’s our hearts that need fixing. We can try and do life running on “empty” or we can go to the Way Maker who is able to show us how we can feel fulfilled and function in the best way possible in our lives since the Joy of the Lord is our True Strength.

Nehemiah 8:10 [Full Chapter]
Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Psalm 89:15 Blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! They walk, O Lord, in the light of Your countenance.

Be Free!

We can always make mistakes along our roads in life, but we shouldn’t forget that we have the most amazing GPS (Godly Positioning System) in our lives, and He happens to be Jesus Christ. He can change the course of our lives so that we don’t do life alone and travel through perilous paths with no direction. The question is, do you want God to show you were you Ought to go? The mistakes of yesterday won’t stop Him from loving you today and forever. He still wants to change the course of your life and lead you in the Right Direction if you just submit your will to Gods.

James 4:7Humility Cures Worldliness ] Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

I pray that as you listen to this song, you will practice some level of introspection to look inside your heart and be honest with yourself and come to the conclusion that you are indeed in need of the Savior, Jesus Christ. God wants you to learn to reach out to Him in any time of need and to learn to put your trust in the right place. Put your Trust in the Lord and He will lead you in the right direction, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6 [Full Chapter]
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

I pray that this song by Travis Greene blesses your Spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

The Breaker is Our Maker

Hello Peeps!

I just had to post this song by Travis Greene called The Breaker. This song is ringing strongly in my spirit as I think of how sovereign our God is. Sometimes as children we can be petulant and self-entitled for things and simply assume that we deserve everything when God already gave us His best, which was His only Begotten Son Jesus, who came down from Heaven and became a man that dwelt among us, taught us about the love of God, was bruised and shamed for our transgressions, was nailed on a cross for our sake and still loved us as He died on that cross.

Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Micah 2:13 Amplified Bible (AMP)

13 “The [a]breaker [the Messiah, who opens the way] shall go up before them [liberating them].
They will break out, pass through the gate and go out;
So their King goes on before them,
The Lord at their head.”

What a miracle it was that Jesus, Our Savior, resurrected for us to show us that death has no victory over our lives. But think of this…the victory Jesus gave us, wasn’t just about death itself, it was His victory over all SIN. Jesus defeated the power of SIN in our lives that causes us to die spiritually and leave us separated from the Love of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

When I listen to this song, I think of the greatness of God, and how He takes our mistakes, or failures, our shortcomings and tells us that even in or Brokenness, He has the power to use it and make us brand new by redeeming us from the brokenness that shame brings us. God can break the shame and restore us to be in right standing again in Him. So this message is for everyone… because all have sinned and have fallen short of the Glory of God, but we can take heart, because He has overcome the World of sin for us all.

Romans 3:23 [Full Chapter]
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

John 16:33 [Full Chapter]
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

We can stand tall and Know that Jesus Christ is God and that He loves us with an everlasting love. We need to embrace the Redeemer, because it is by His Stripes that we are healed and made whole again.

Jeremiah 31:3 [Full Chapter]
The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.

Isaiah 54:5 – For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.

Job 19:25 – For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth;

Psalm 19:14 – Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.

So when you listen to this song, just remember that no one is perfect but through Christ, we become perfected in Jesus Name, Amen! I pray that this song ministers to your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

Always Only Jesus!

Hi Peeps!

Yay, for the Long weekend! Well, it’s Labour Day here in Canada which means a short work week for me! YAY! Honestly, summer went by so quickly that it’s almost a blur what happened this summer for me. It’s in this transition of seasons that we must realize that we must adjust our attitudes and behaviours to embrace and adapt to the new things that are coming our way in the new season that God is pushing us to. You may have enjoyed this past summer season but this season is coming to an end and Fall is around the corner for those who live in the Northern Hemisphere.

I believe that no matter where you are in the world, you always have to remain vigilant about the new seasons that God brings you to. If you don’t adjust your attitude to the new seasons that God brings you to, then you will always fail to recognize the “right” opportunities and people you are supposed to connect to and also disconnect from in the new season.

Some people that walked with you in the last season, were only for that Season only and cannot be brought into the new thing that God is pushing you towards. It is at this time that building on spiritual discernment and discerning the times is important so that you remain aware that walking in the Will of God won’t always attract friends that will support it.

Sometimes, the friends of your last season will become the enemies of your new season and that is when you have to learn to cut off a meaningful relationship at the right time when you see a change in behaviour that does not align with God’s purpose for your life. Friendly friends can be triggered by the blessings coming your way and can easily turn into Unfriendly friends in your next season. It is up to you to recognize when that friendship is over. Think of Saul and David. Saul didn’t initially hate David, because Saul enjoyed the way David played the harp even when he was going crazy at times. The playing of the harp would ease Saul’s soul for a time but there came a point where he despised David if you continue to read the following chapters of 1 Samuel 16-18.

A friend of yesterday can easily become an enemy tomorrow given the right conditions and circumstances that arise in your life. Especially, when God wants to promote you and elevate you to a new level for the purpose of His Kingdom. The thing is, it’s sometimes hard to let go of meaningful relationships when we treasure those relationships and want to keep them. But sometimes, the will of God will trump that relationship over your life if God’s purpose is to elevate you, and protect you from being derailed from fulfilling your God-given destiny for your life by helping you to cut those relationships “On time” so that you don’t bring them into a season where God wants to elevate you, especially, when certain friendships are posing as a hindrance to His purpose for your life. You will have to learn to fear God more so than your friends and family at times just in order to stay in right-standing with God. This by no means is an easy task, but that is the reason fearing the Lord is so important, because fools despise wisdom whereas a wise man will fear the Lord and will simply do what He says even if it doesn’t make sense to you at the time and isn’t always the easiest choice to make either.

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 9:10The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

So when you think about pursuing to fulfill your God-given purpose in life, just remember, that God will shake certain things in your life on purpose in order to prune the dead-end relationships that won’t add to your life nor help you in fulfilling your God-driven destiny. Learn to appreciate the changes that come in every season, and remember that God does things always for your good, even if you don’t understand it at the time. His will, will always be to prosper you and not to harm you, and to give you hope and a bright future, so let God shake what needs to be shaken out of your life in order for His will to come to pass in your life, Amen! 🙂

Jeremiah 29:11(NIV)

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future

To finish off this post, I have this amazing song by ISLY called Always Only Jesus. I pray that this song blesses your Spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

You Changed My Name

Hello Peeps!

I have this amazing song by Jaye Thomas & Laura Hackett Park called Family. It’s amazing that when a child is adopted into a family, they take on the name of the family that they are adopted into. Likewise, when we take on the identity of Christ and become “Born Again” through water baptism to take on the identity as a “Christ-Believer” by becoming a Christian, we change our names in a way in that we have now become adopted Sons and Daughters of the New Covenant of Christ’s blood and have become Sons and Daughters of the Living God. Salvation comes when we choose to believe that Jesus Christ is indeed the Truth, the Life and the Way:

John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Let’s also look at the first chapter of Ephesians:

Ephesians 1 (NIV)

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,

To God’s holy people in Ephesus,[a] the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Praise for Spiritual Blessings in Christ

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he[b] predestined us for adoption to sonship[c] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he lovesIn him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, he[d] made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

11 In him we were also chosen,[e] having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

Thanksgiving and Prayer

15 For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. 17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[f] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength 20 he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.

When you read these Verses of Scriptures, just remember that when you were once far away from God, it didn’t matter what mess you were in or how bad you thought you were that you didn’t think anyone could forgive you let alone God to forgive you. God loves you with an everlasting love that He still wants us to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Don’t accept the identity that the World labels you… some people may call you a loser, a failure, a dunce, a weakling, a has-been or just a nothing that shouldn’t have even been born. Do not go by the World’s definition of your worth. You are God’s prized possession and a great inheritance. You are worth dying for and worth resurrecting for and that is why God wants us to understand that your worth is not built on how the “World” defines you. It is built on who He has called you to be, and that is to be a Child of God. Remember that Jesus did not go on the cross in vain… He did that for you and me so that we could be part of His Family as Children of the Most High God.

John 1:11-13 (NKJV)

11 He came to His [a]own, and His [b]own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the [c]right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

I pray that as you listen to this song, may it bless your Spirit today. God Bless you everybody! 🙂

There is No Bondage!

Hello Peeps!

It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been so busy trying to move out of my apartment and into my new house that I’ve finally got internet setup and I still have some unpacking to do. Also, I had lost my bag in a shop yesterday in that I went home forgetting that I had set my bag with all my belongings…my purse, my IDs etc… I was livid. I had been shopping with my sister yesterday running errands at various stores and getting things for the house that I left my bag somewhere in one of the stores we have visited. I searched and searched and couldn’t find it. We drove to all the stores we visited that day and still couldn’t find it. I was TOTALLY freaking out!

We eventually gave up and I went home feeling deflated and discouraged, but my twin sister comforted me and we both decided to pray in agreement to God to have my bag returned with nothing missing, nothing broken or stolen for the next day. For the past few days, the Holy Spirit has been telling me the same thing “Ask Me and you Shall Receive”. Can you believe that today, (which was the next day somebody!) we went to the store and my bag was found! I had to give a shout of praise unto God for that! Nothing was missing and nothing was stolen. I was beyond relieved…I was in full praise unto God and that is why I want to post this song for today by Jubilee Worship called No Bondage.

The song is pretty inspirational in that when you think of how some of us were before knowing Christ, you begin to realize the type of bondages that remained in your life and in your mind where you placed limitations of who you could potentially be if you operated at your full potential.

God Breaks Every Chain in your Life that limits you from achieving your full potential

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

It is true that there are people you can break barriers without knowing God, and accomplish extraordinary things, but it really is God that complete’s a man or woman at the end of the day no matter what one is able to accomplish with their talents. Some people can gain the whole world filled with pleasures, riches, fame and Glory and still fill emotionally incapacitated and empty inside despite having everything. Think of the celebrities who commit suicide despite appearing to have everything that others would want. Why would one choose to kill themselves when they are wealthy and can have the things that they want at the tips of their fingers? It just goes to show you that wealth and prestige is not what completes a man or woman’s soul, it’s GOD PEOPLE!

Mark 8:36 [Full Chapter]
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?

Psalm 14 ] [ For the director of music. Of David. ] The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

For me, God is everything. People may try to sway you away from believing in Him for their own various reasons, but I’ve encountered so many supernatural experiences of His presence in my life that I cannot deny that He exists. God Exists people…and maybe you have an issue with that…but it would profit you to know God is real and alive and that He really really loves you even when you aren’t perfect. God’s love for you endures forever…so I pray that you seek Him with all your heart and you will find Him.

Psalm 136 [Full Chapter]
Thanksgiving to God for His Enduring Mercy ] Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy enduresforever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy enduresforever. Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy enduresforever

So when you listen to t his song, I want people to think about how grateful you are that you know God for those that believe in Him, and for those that are sitting on the fence about whether they want to follow Jesus, think about what it is that you are doing and where you are right now…. Ask yourself — Do you feel empty on the inside? Do you have all the things you’ve ever wanted and if you do, does it truly fulfill you? Do you know Jesus or do you really believe that He doesn’t exist? Are you content with believing that God does not exist in your life? Have you ever wondered in your life’s journey…What if I’m wrong…what if God does exist? Have you ever asked yourself that question?

My prayer is that for those sitting on the fence of their belief system, I pray that you will come to know the Lord and click on my Salvation Prayer page located at the top banner of my post. God is indeed REAL and He cares and loves you unconditionally. I pray that you will believe that and that may this song bless your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

More Blessed to Give than Receive – Call on His Name!

Hello Peeps!

I have a two clips to share with you today just to boost up your spirits during this Christmas season. The first clip is a short 3 minute video that my dad shared with me via WhatsApp to get y’all thinking about this particular verse of scripture during this Christmas Season.

Acts 20:35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

Blessed to be a Giver

It just goes to show you that when you entertain a stranger, you unsuspectingly may be entertaining your miracle. Watching that video humbled me because it surely showed me that I have a long way to go. May we learn from this and try harder to have the heart of God and be a representation of His love towards others that really need to see it in action today in this world.

The second short clip was shared with me by my Mom on WhatsApp about a Highway Miracle. God always works in mysterious ways. Sometimes, you can face circumstances that are beyond your control and the only One who can save you in that moment is the Lord.

Psalm 116:4 – Then I called upon the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I implore You, deliver my soul!”

Joel 2:32 –And it shall come to pass That whoever callon the name of the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

Acts 2:21 –And it shall come to pass That whoever callon the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’

Romans 10:13 – For “whoever callon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Check this out!

A Highway Miracle

I pray that these videos and their messages bless your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

Till Every Heart is Found

Hello Peeps!

Image result for Love of GodI just heard this awesome song by Sean Feucht called Heart and Hands. The message in this song is awesome in that it emphasizes how God will seek after all of us until every Heart is found. People may give up on God for many reasons, but God will never give up on us. The scripture that comes to mind when I think of this unrelenting love that God has for ALL people is this:

Jeremiah 31:3 [Full Chapter]

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Related imageIn knowing this, never look at people that appear to be too far gone by our standards. If God hasn’t given up on a person, then neither should we. It isn’t easy to “love” people, especially those that are disagreeable to us, however; when we pray to have a heart like Jesus, it means that in order to have a heart like His, we must renew the spirit of our minds so that our hearts can be molded to become more Christ-like in our actions.

Romans 12:2 [Full Chapter]

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I remember in a previous post some time back that I wrote that many people think that we think with our “minds” and our “brains”, but for the most part… I do believe that we think often with our “hearts” if you just take a look at this scripture:

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you.

Image result for Love of God

If we think with our hearts, than what we must purify is our heart in order to purify the thoughts that enter our minds.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew steadfast spirit within me.

How else can we worship God purely, if we do not strive to purify our hearts? So, my message today is as Christians, let us focus on purifying our hearts so that we can cultivate having The Mind of Christ in all that we do, Amen! I pray that as you listen to this song, may it minister to your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

A Simple Song – to His Majesty

Hello Peeps!

I just have to post this amazing song sung by Sarah Reeves feat. Kirk Franklin called I Love You. It’s been a while since I’ve heard Kirk do any songs so I think that this collaboration was great. I pray that this song ministers to your spirit and boosts you up today.

If you ever question whether or not God Loves you despite your weaknesses or failures as a person, just remember these verses of Scripture:

Image result for I love God quotesJeremiah 31:3 [Full Chapter]

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God’s Everlasting Love ] What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

2 Thessalonians 2:15-17

15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our [a]epistle.

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, 17 comfort your hearts and [b]establish you in every good word and work.

God does not abandon those who are contrite in spirit. If we turn away from doing evil and embrace what is good, God will surely walk with us and be with us. Resist temptation, repent when you know you’ve done something wrong and God is just to Forgive us of our sins when we confess with a repentant heart. I pray that this song ministers to you today. God Bless You Everybody! 😀

Worthy: Glory Fill The Heavens

Hello Peeps!

I just had to share this awesome song by Elevation Worship called Worthy. As with all songs I put on this blog, this obviously sounds amazing on surround sound. I particularly love the message of the song. God really is worthy of all our praise. Some people like to worship God when things are going well in their lives, but the true test of worship comes when things aren’t always golden in our lives.

When we suffer in silence, when we endure trials, do we have the strength to give God all our praise?

csThink of the sufferings that Job went through and continued to remain faithful and still had the heart to worship. I think that the authenticity of worship for a Christian comes when you’ve done all to stand through each test and still have a praise left in your heart to sing a song of praise unto God despite all the hardships you may have gone through. I remember enduring a year and a half of rehabilitation after being in hospital for about 6 months recovering from a sickness that attacked my mind (encephalitis). In particular, this sickness attacked my ability to remember things – my short-term memories. Though I forgot things regularly during my rehabilitation experience, I somehow never forgot God which I believe my family thought that was a miracle. It’s one thing to forget what you did a few minutes ago, but never forgetting God has been and will always be a blessing in my life.

To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

The Lord is the One who Restores, Heals, Recovers all that we lose as part of our identity. When you have Jesus as part of your identity, no matter what life throws at you, the Lord is your redeemer. He is the One that recovers all that is taken away. That’s why I have to give Him the highest praise for what He has been doing in my life. So as you listen to this song, remember that the Lord’s name is worthy of all our praise no matter what it is that you are going through. If you simply remember this One important fact, no matter what storms of life you endure, God is the One Who is able to Recover all, so don’t forget that and Give God the Highest Praise, in Jesus Name, Amen! I pray that this song blesses you today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

Almost There – Don’t Give Up!

Hello Peeps!

I just wanted to post this song by Jai called Almost There. Some of you are running a race in your life that maybe long winded, with winding roads, bumps along the way, where you may even pass through roads that give you diversions that may cause your GPS (Godly-Positioning-System) to re-calibrate just to get you moving to where it is you want to go, etc. This road that you are traveling on is called LIFE. Life has a tendency of providing you with many obstacles and hurdles that you’ll have to learn to jump over, sink or swim. Those that endure to the end are the ones that get the prize, so don’t look at those that are competing with you to your left or to your right in your life. Focus on what’s ahead of you as your prize.

The race is not for the swift or the strong, it is for those who are able to endure to the end, so don’t be distracted and focus on where you ought to be going.

See the source image

Horses with Blinders in a Horse Race: They can only focus on what’s ahead of them and not at what’s to their “left” or to their “right”. This is how we ought to be moving in our lives. Living without distractions that steer us away from where we ought to go. And that would be to fulfilling our God-Given Purpose in Life — whatever that might be.

See the source imageIs it a wonder why in a horse racing track, horses are placed with blinders that are on their heads so that they don’t get distracted by what’s to their left or right sides? All they have to focus on is looking straight ahead and focus on what’s ahead of them as their goal. Unfortunately, we as people, don’t have such physical blinders in our lives to keep us focused on the goal ahead of us because we can see everything that’s around us that can keep us distracted, and that’s why it takes discipline to remain focused on what you need to do rather than looking at what is around you diverting your attention from your God-given purpose and goal to succeed in life.

  • Do what the Lord has put in your heart to do and don’t focus so much on where you currently are right now in life in comparison to others.

That’s just a distraction for you to get sidetracked into a “poor-me” and “woe-is-me” attitude if you sit alongside the bench of comparisons.

  • Do not be a copy-cat and recognize that you were born to be original.
  • Do not focus on your supposed “limitations” and focus on your God-given possibilities and abilities.

Matthew 19:26

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

When you focus on, and accept your uniqueness, you will be effective in maximizing  your God-given talents and abilities to do extraordinary things, including, things that haven’t been done before! I won’t like and will tell you that:

  • You may encounter set-backs, draw-backs, hindrances to your progress, but if God is for you, no one and nothing can stop you, so keep moving forward without excuses.
  • The Road to endurance is no easy road to travel on, but we can all persevere if we maintain our focus towards the goal – which is to SUCCEED.
  • Appreciate the naysayers, critics and doubters that you encounter in your journey of life. Encountering them just means that they haven’t seen nothing yet, so Carry On my friends! 🙂

Romans 8:31-39 [Full Chapter]

God’s Everlasting Love ] What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. …

See the source imageI remember how it took me 2 years to recover my memory loss issue from the sickness I endured (Encephalitis – a viral infection in the brain that causes short-term memory loss). The road to recovery was a grueling test of endurance, patience, and a major attitude adjustment for me to realize that grumbling about the process wouldn’t change anything.

The only thing I could change was my attitude.

I lost my previous job in the process of my recovery, but God gave me a new one just in time. So what I learned from all this was that circumstances maybe thrust on you in an unexpected way, but it’s our attitude at the end of it all that will determine how you will endure. No one want’s to experience setbacks, pain and hardships; however, as Christians, we have to know that such things will happen in our lives to test our overall Characters.

John 16:33 [Full Chapter]

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

You will only know who you are on the basis of how you endure each trial that you face. So we shouldn’t marvel at those that are seemingly ahead of us right now… because you don’t know what they had to endure in order to get to where they are right now. There’s not point in being jealous of another person’s success if we can’t even maintain the character required to enjoy the rewards that come after enduring the pain to achieving success. Let us be humble and remember to include God in all of the plans you have in your life, Amen!

Overall, my main message is: “DO NOT GIVE UP!” because you’re so close to success that you can almost taste it so DO NOT GIVE UP! You’re ALMOST THERE! AMEN! 🙂 I pray that this song blesses your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂
