Worship: Send the Rain

Hi Everybody!

I just love this song right about now by William McDowell. It’s called Send the Rain. It isn’t easy to wait on the Lord but as it says in the Bible, those that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength and shall mount up like Eagles. You will not be weary so keep on praying, keep on sowing and keep crying for Heaven to Send the Rain. It’s easy to give up when things are rough, but the only way to renew your strength is by waiting on the Lord. Waiting is never easy for waiting in and of itself is a test of endurance. Endurance requires faith and those that wait shall be blessed of the Lord.

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

[ God Will Be Gracious ] Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him.

For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the Lord, They shall inherit the earth.

May this song bless your spirit today just as it has mine. 😀

God says “Lean on Me”

Hi Everybody,

Right now, I feel like I need to lean on God for His help with the things that I cannot do. We can work by might and power, but the Spirit of God always urges us to seek His face for what He can do for us when our strengths and abilities are limited. God is limitless…We serve a limitless God and in knowing this, we must learn what it means to have faith in a limitless God. I know for myself that each day I see amazing things that the Lord has done for me or others by His limitless grace. The faith I have in myself is limited if God is not in the picture. We can quote scripture and claim that “we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us”, however, this strength that we receive comes from our Faith to believe that God is able to be whatever we need Him to be in our lives. He is a God with many names in our human minds, the “I Am that I Am” (Jehovah), and this same God is the God of the Impossible, the God of no limits, the God that supersedes our own understanding, the God of miracles, the God who is the author and finisher of our Faith.

Nothing is Impossible for those that believe. We always want God to trust us with things that we desire, but we have to learn to trust Him in return.

God is not Deaf, not mute, not lame, not sick, not broken, not incomplete, not empty like some of us are… He is completely God and we need Him to make us whole again since we are all incomplete without Him in our heart. He can restore all that is missing in our lives, we just have to lean on Him and trust that He can do this for us if we just believe.

The Question is: “Do you believe?”

I have here two Songs by William McDowell that I love, one called “In” and the other called “I won’t go back”. These songs minister to me and I pray that they bless your spirit today. God bless you everybody!
