Feeling Foolish

Hello Everybody!

I just want to post 4 songs by Quincy Tolliver where the first song is called Foolish to minister to your spirit. Sometimes we go through life thinking that we cannot or we do not need to depend on God when things seem to be going out of control but time will surely show us that we all need our Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the Way the Truth and the Life.

[ The Way, the Truth, and the Life ] “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

The next song is called If They Only Knew also by Quincy Tolliver.

The next song also by Quincy Tolliver is called Somethin’ Different.

The last song by Quincy Tolliver is called Every Minute. How many people just want to be in the presence of God every minute and every hour? Just spending time with God is worth every minute of every hour because to me that’s time well spent. I pray that these songs minister to your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 😀

Prodigal Son – Come Back to the Love of Father

Hello Everybody!

Today, I want to post a song by Quincy Tolliver called Prodigal Son to encourage those that have fallen away from the faith like the prodigal son who went and spent his inheritance on foolish things and became destitute as a result of his foolish actions. Despite his selfish behavior he came back to his father and his father received him with joy despite his selfish actions. The love of his father brought back dignity to the son who squandered his inheritance to his selfish desires. In the same way, Jesus is like that to us. He is like the father waiting for us to come back to Him even after we have been selfish and wasting ourselves away to our selfish desires and wants.

Luke 15:11-32(NKJV)

The Parable of the Lost Son

11 Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. 13 And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. 14 But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. 15 Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.

17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’

20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’

22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring[a] out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23 And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.

25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’

28 “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’

31 “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’”

Nothing can keep you away from the love of the father. Nothing can keep you away from the love of Jesus Christ. It doesn’t matter how far you have strayed from the path, God is always waiting for you to return to him like this father waited for his prodigal son to return to him. There is no greater joy to God than to have His children return back to the loving arms of their loving Father God. So my message today is, that it doesn’t matter how far you have strayed from the faith, Jesus Christ is still waiting for you to return to Him with arms wide open because He has loved you with an everlasting love, Amen! I pray that when you hear and listen to this song, it’ll minister to your spirit today. God Bless You everybody!

Prayer for 2017 – The Year of Complete Victory!

happy-new-year-2017-images-wallpapers-hd

Hello Everybody!

Today, I want to declare that we are entering into a Year of Complete Victory! Why do I say that? We must first understand the Biblical meaning of the Number 17.

The Meaning of Numbers: The Number 17

In the Bible, the number 17 symbolizes “overcoming the enemy” and “complete victory.” God overcame the sins of rebellious humans when he began to flood the earth through rain on the 17th of the second Hebrew month. Noah’s ark and its eight passengers rested on the mountains of Ararat on the 17th of the seventh month (right in the middle of God’s annual Holy period known as the Feast of Tabernacles).

Jesus Christ gained a complete victory over death and the grave when God resurrected him near sunset on Nisan 17 (Saturday, April 8, 30 A.D.).

In the book of 1 Corinthians the thirteenth chapter, the seventeenth mention of the word ‘love’ comes when the apostle Paul states that it is the GREATEST gift of all (1 Corinthians 13:13). God’s unending love (John 3:16) is truly victorious over all things. Those who stay faithful to God to the end of their lives will gain the victory over the grave when they are miraculously brought back to life (see 1 Corinthians 15).

Daniel 7’s beasts have seven heads and ten horns, for a total number of 17. They represent world-ruling powers from Daniel’s time to the Second Coming of Jesus. The devil’s end-time system (Revelation 13) will have seven heads and ten horns, which totals 17. All mankind will very soon obey and worship the devil and the Beast power. They will war against those who have faith in Jesus and keep the commandments, thus achieving a victory (though short-lived) against God’s people (Revelation 13:1 – 8).

True Christians, however, will gain the ultimate victory over God’s adversaries when he resurrects them back to life (Revelation 15:2; 20:4). One of the major themes of the Day of Atonement (commonly referred to as Yom Kippur), which occurs in the seventh Hebrew month on the tenth day, is the binding of Satan (see Revelation 20). Thus, 10 plus 7 equal the number 17, which testifies to Christ’s perfect overcoming of Satan.

Appearances of the number seventeen

Rehoboam, son of Solomon and the very first king of Judah after the united kingdom split in 930 B.C., reigned for 17 years (930 to 913 B.C.).

The book of James has material from seventeen Old Testament books. The book of 1 Corinthians has 17 direct quotations from the Old Testament.

One of the longest names found in the word of God, containing 17 letters, is Chushanrishathaim (Judges 3:8).

How does the number 17 symbolize our standing with God?

In Romans 8:35 the apostle Paul asks a simple question which is “What shall separate us from the love of Christ?” (HBFV). He extends his question a little more by asking if the following seven things could separate us, which are tribulation, persecution, distress, nakedness, famine, the sword or any other danger. He then tells us ten things that CANNOT get between our God and us, which are life, death, principalities, powers, angels, things present or to come, depth, height or anything created. Thus we have 7 + 10 = 17, representing a Christian’s perfect and eternal standing with God through Christ.

Additional info on the Biblical Meaning of 17

Psalm 83, verses 6 to 11, lists seventeen total enemies of Israel. Seven of these God destroyed in the past. The other ten foes will soon try to destroy the Israelites and “cut them off from being a nation.” The Psalm, written by Davidic priests, beseeches the Eternal to treat Israel’s future enemies like those in the past. The seven enemies God destroyed are the Midianites, Sisera, Jabin, Oreb, Zeeb, Zebah, and Zalmunna. The future confederation prophesied to be against God’s chosen are Edom, Ishmaelites, Moab, Hagarenes, Gebal, Ammon, Amalek, Philistines, Tyre, and Assyria.

As you can see, we are entering into a year filled with many victories. I do not know what it is that you are facing right now, but whatever trouble you face, God has the victory. It doesn’t matter what type of hell you’ve been through this past year, there is going to be a divine turn-around for you and your family in the coming year of 2017. Everything is going to be reversed and sent back to senders. Everything that was meant for evil over your life will be turned around for the good of those that love the Lord. Do not be discouraged, nor dismayed, for you will see breakthroughs happen in the coming year of 2017. God’s perfect will for your life will override every test that you had to endure to make you into a perfect testimony. You will see great things happen this year and will receive divine favour in many areas of your life that you have never seen before in this coming year.

Look up to the One who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all you could ever ask or think or imagine. You will defy the odds, you will defy people’s expectations, you will be the exception to the worldly rule because you have divine favour. God will promote you this year, and you will testify of the goodness that you have received from the Lord. Shift your mindset, shift your thinking and do not go by what you see but learn to move by faith and you will see amazing things happen. Trust in the Lord with all your heart this year and do not lean unto your own understanding and He will direct your path and make it straight. God will appoint your destiny helpers, destiny drivers, and destiny movers to shift you from where you are to where He wants you to be. So do not despise the teachers that He brings to your address this year. Learn to humble yourself so that you can move to the next level of promotion in the Year 2017. Humility is key for moving and entering into a place where favour follows you everywhere that you go. If you refuse to humble yourself, you will miss out on what God has promised for you, so change your heart, change your mind and move by faith and not by what you see. You will see amazing things happen this year and you will be a trail-blazer in this coming year. Just put your 100% trust in God and watch Him perform His wonders in your life, in Jesus Name I pray, AMEN! God Bless You Everybody!
