There Will Be Victory Here!

Hello Peeps!

Today, is Canada Day and I know that I haven’t written much of anything for the longest time. So much is happening to me right now that I can’t really get into it. All I can say is that whatever I wrote as the prophecy for 2019 is happening to me for sure. So many things are happening that I can’t believe the goodness of God in my life. At the same time, with every good thing there is also warfare but the Lord allows certain things in order to sharpen your discernment for one and to also prepare a way for you to move forward into your next moment of promotion, elevation, and the next level of your life. When the Lord plants you somewhere, it won’t always be comfortable where you are.

Sometimes, you will encounter those that are antagonistic towards you for no “good reason”. I’ve been encountering something like that in my work place with someone in particular, but it’s only because I mentioned I was a “Christian” to them. I know that they already knew I was a Christian without me verbally telling them this…but when I finally said it with my own mouth it was like the word hit them and caused them to be offended once I declared where I stood verbally. The person I was talking to is affiliated with the LGBTQ2+ community and even though I expressed that I respect their decision as to where they stood, it wouldn’t necessarily change where I stood as a “Christian”. I was of the opinion that “Can’t we simply agree to disagree and move on?” but they seemed highly offended with my stance on the issue and didn’t like the fact that I wouldn’t simply go with the flow with their philosophy of life and started to act somewhat haughty and ridiculous towards me that they started to avoid me as well.

Proverbs 16:18 – Pride goes before destructionAnd a haughty spirit before a fall.

The Lord showed me that the person in question lacked self-awareness of their own biases and that the spirit of PRIDE, can cause someone to retaliate in ways you cannot even begin to believe. And as a Christian, we must understand that the ruling spirit of the LGBTQ2+ community is the spirit of Pride. I mean why do you think they call this month of June “Pride Month”. Despite this person’s behavior, the Lord has shown me that as Christians, we must not be reactionary to this behaviour, but rather, we must continue to operate and respond with the Spirit of God’s Love towards these people. It doesn’t matter if they don’t see things your way, continue to love Mercy, act Justly and walk humbly no matter what. And this message isn’t isolated to just this group of people, I’m talking about whoever else you encounter in life. They could be from a different religion, creed, nation etc etc… the message still remains the same; Walk Humbly, Love Mercy and Act Justly no matter what.

Micah 6:8 – He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?

Sometimes the best ways of reaching a person’s heart is through our actions more so than our words. We are known to be Christians by our love so my message to you is be a good representation of God’s love for all people in all that you do, Amen!

I have a song here by Red Rocks Worship called Breakthrough. I pray that this song blesses your spirit today. God Bless You Everybody! 🙂

  1. Wow! I never thought of “Pride” in that way, being exactly that… PRIDE! Puts a whole new explanation for why the people who are in support of it can be so pushy and rude. Pride isn’t pretty, and sadly people who lack humility can’t see how ugly it looks on themselves.
