Today, I just want to post this song by Jonathan Nelson called Live Pure. I believe that as Christians it is our desire to live a pure life. We certainly aren’t perfect beings but striving to love like Christ and live with the heart of Jesus being demonstrated through our actions is what we should aim for in all our conduct. We live in a world that is filled with perversity and strife, but God wants us to live a righteous and pure life filled with love in our actions. In the book of Proverbs, you will find many references to what it means to live with a perverse heart, tongue, or way (life).
We need to design our lives to live and strive for righteousness. It doesn’t mean that we won’t slip up at times because we all are still trying to deal with the old man and the old habits as we continue to pursue the renewal of our mindsets and our conduct.Seek God to change your heart and renew your mind so that your conduct can be pleasing before Him. When you start to transform and become more Christ-like in your conduct, people will witness to a New You appearing before their faces. They will not be able to figure you out and will not understand what it is that is causing the change but this is because the power of the Holy Spirit is not only able to renew your mind, but He is also able to transform your image and your appearance. You will be glowing and people will not understand what it is that they are looking at but this it the new man, this is the transformed version of you that they have yet to witness. Let the Lord renew the Spirit of your mind and you will see amazing things happen in your life, Amen. God bless you everybody!

22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
