Sunday Inspiration: Believe
Hi everybody!
Right now, I’m going through something that requires me to increase my Faith. I’ve recently been laid off and need God’s divine intervention in my situation. I’m not ashamed of my circumstances because I’ve decided to Trust God for what I need. Now, in such circumstances it is easy to forget Him and decide to forsake Him in times of trouble, but I know in whom I believe. I’ve resolved within myself that I can’t afford to be depressed although there was a few days this week where I knew it was creeping up on me. I’ve heard of others going through the same thing as me in this season and in some circumstances, they are a bit worse off in the situation as I am however, despite all that, God has been encouraging me to keep my faith alive and stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Sometimes, people stop ministering when bad things happen to them, however, I have decided to remain anchored in Christ. We’ve got to learn to trust God not only in the good times but in the bad times as well. The way I see it, this is a test of endurance. I know that when you feel pressure it is easy to crack mentally and it has happened to me before, however, I don’t want to go around in circles anymore with such a reaction and I have decided to remain steadfast and keep my faith alive because I’m believing for a divine turn-around in my situation. I’ve been speaking to my circumstances and calling forth things that be not as though they are because it’s easy to brood about what is happening rather than speak to your situation and prophesy what you want to see happen. I am believing that I am not in lack, that I am in a transition for multiplication and territory increase. That is what I have been praying for as of late.
God has been really testing me in this area of Faith. One thing I know is that when you are in lack, God is able to create a river through your desert situation.
Isaiah 43:18-20

I’m standing on the Word and believing that even when in lack, God is my river that is running through my desert. He is the way maker, the one who is able to create opportunities for His people that believe in Him. This song that I’m posting here today is from Marvin Winans Jr. called Believe. It is an up beat song, but it really has been ministering to my spirit as of late. I still believe that even in this Season of Renewal, we must yield to the power of the Holy Spirit. What I’ve come to believe is that when you have nothing, that is when you give of yourself to the Lord the most. Like that Widow that lived in the desert with her son that had only enough food to eat one more day and listened to Elijah the Prophet and gave him something to eat according to his request in her time of lack, God is able to increase the very little that you have if you obey His voice in this season. Her food was a seed that would reap a harvest of an abundance of food because she understood the principle of SEED – TIME – HARVEST. The little food she had was what she used to sow into her miracle by giving the very last of what she had to the Man of God, God saw her heart and blessed her with a divine increase in a time where such a thing was impossible or unlikely to occur. She probably didn’t even know that she was working a principle and a promise from God that says “I will bless those that bless you”(Genesis 12:3). When she blessed the Prophet, she herself received a blessing which was an abundance in a time of lack.
Our God is a God of the ridiculous and it is that Faith Level that I believe that God is testing me with even in my own season. God is able to increase the very little we have when we decide to cooperate with Him and the Holy Spirit. I believe that is the key thing here, OBEDIENCE!
Elijah and the Widow
8 Then the word of the Lord came to him, saying, 9 “Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and dwell there. See, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you.” 10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, indeed a widow was there gathering sticks. And he called to her and said, “Please bring me a little water in a cup, that I may drink.” 11 And as she was going to get it, he called to her and said, “Please bring me a morsel of bread in your hand.”
12 So she said, “As the Lord your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die.”
13 And Elijah said to her, “Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterward make some for yourself and your son. 14 For thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth.’”
15 So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days. 16 The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by Elijah.
I believe that it is when you have nothing that you give of yourself all the more to God and you will see increase when you are told to give the very little that you have by FAITH. It’s very easy to give when you aren’t in lack and most times, God knows how easy it is for people to give when their resources are high; but what happens when God asks you to give when your resources are running low? Do we choose to believe in Him and do what He asks of us? Sometimes, God asks me to do crazy things and recently He has asked me to sow a seed into someone who is facing the same thing as I am; however, I’m choosing to believe in His Word and bless others anyway even though I know that eventually my resources will run dry because I know that God is testing my Faith and seeking for me to increase it. Whatever I have now is seed for my harvest which also includes even my praise and worship.
Seed into your need and God will increase you in your time of Lack when you obey His voice.
I believe that He is the same yesterday, today and forever, and that He knows my needs according to His riches and glory. He is well able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ever ask or think, however, He wants to see if we believe enough for Him to do it. Though I feel challenged, I’m convinced that I serve a God who is well able to bring into completion my destiny and that He is walking with me through this season to be a testimony of “Look at what the Lord has Done!”
I appreciate any prayers or words of encouragement from my readers reading this post today. I know that my God is an awesome God and I have chosen be simply BELIEVE! For those that are going through some serious issues, my encouragement to you today is LEAN ON GOD and put your Trust in Him. We may lose a lot of things in life, but one thing we must NEVER lose is our FAITH IN GOD. Faith is what keeps you anchored in Christ and Faith is what births the miraculous, because the JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH (Hebrews 10:38), AMEN!

Worship Sunday: If He Did it Once, He Can Do it Again!
Hi Everybody!
I feel like praising the Lord today. I only have two days until I’m done the 21 Day Daniel Fast and honestly, I feel like my discernment is getting sharper as I sit and meditate in God’s Word day after day and I just want to give God the praise for all the things I experienced through this Fast. I feel like I need to post a song to encourage some people out there who feel weary about whether God is going to answer their prayers or not this year. If you are seeking restoration, healing and deliverance for your family, God is more than able to grant what you ask in His Name according to His will and purpose for your life which is the Jeremiah 29:11 promise.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
The message that’s in my spirit right now is that “If God did it once, He can do it again”. Do not forget the past miracles He has given you in your life. When you remember all that He has done for you, you will look forward to the greater things that are yet to come. Greater miracles than the former are yet to come. The greatest miracle in your life though, is when you decided to give your life back to the Lord. Salvation is the greatest miracle; however, your life of miracles don’t end there.There will be a path of miracles that will continue to occur in your life as you continue to follow God when you allow Him to direct your path towards HIM and the destiny that He has for you in this Life leading you to your promise and your destiny.
Draw near to God and He will Draw near to you and let your footsteps be ordered of the Lord as He takes you by the hand and leads you in the direction that you must follow in order to receive your miracles. Don’t give up on whatever you are praying and believing for and keep pressing through for your breakthroughs. A blessing delayed is not necessarily denied, it’s just waiting for you to reach its destination when you put your Trust in God and allow Him to lead you to your blessing.

Merry Christmas Eve Worship: It’s Not Over!
Merry Christmas Eve Everybody!
I realize that although this is a time of family and fellowship for many of us celebrating the season of Jesus Christ’s birth and life, there are people out there that are going through some hard times in this season of celebration. So this song that I’m posting by Israel & New Breed (feat. James Fortune and Jason Nelson) called It’s Not Over is to encourage the lonely, the hurting and the ones who need a song to uplift their spirit. God is with you even when you think He isn’t in your present situation. God is in your situation. God we help you come through whatever trial you are going through because God loves you. He will send you the answers you are looking for even when you think you can’t find them. Many are going through “WHY????” seasons…but God can turn around that “Why?” into a “Because” and be the answer you need while you are asking questions. It’s Time for the DAVID Generation to Rise Up
Hi Everybody,
This is going to be a short post, but this is in my Spirit right now. It’s time for the DAVID Generation to rise up. God is seeking a generation that will specifically run after God’s heart. When you run after it, it doesn’t necessarily mean that your life is going to be easy. I mean look at David in the Bible, Saul who was a psychotic king wanted him dead because he was jealous of David and David at one time also lived in a Cave for a season while God was preparing him to become King. The Sauls will be forced to recognize the divine favor poured upon the David Generation, for this generation will worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth for He seeks such to worship Him (John 4:23).
This type of elevation and favor that was on David was on him since he was a child, because he already lived a life of consecration (refer back to my God’s No Name Brands post) and this life of consecration is what God is demanding for the DAVID generation rising.
John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Because God is Spirit, this generation cannot afford to fake worship, neither can they worship based on their fleshy feelings or desires. There will be no room for Pride in this Generation…Humility will be their robe of righteousness. They will have to worship from deep within them through the Spirit provided that they abide in the Truth.
How does one abide in the Truth? By having faith and believing that the Word of God is true and living it out too. God will ask the DAVID Generation to do difficult things within the next year. Relationships will change and everything in their environment will change for there is a quickening in the spirit to move them into their rightful positions. They should not fear what is happening because that is the only way they will move from Glory to Glory. As my Pastor says, “No guts, no Glory”. The Glory that the Lord is pouring out in this season will land on those that can be trusted with little so they will be given much.
Luke 16:10
He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.
The DAVID Generation will walk in the Spirit and will teach others what it means to Fear the Lord. God does not want the DAVID Generation to be afraid of Spiritual warfare for He will train their Hands for war and He will walk with them wherever they go because He will be their God and they will be His People. God be praised!
Jeremiah 24:7
Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.Ezekiel 11:20

I just feel like I’m in a state of worship and wanted to share this awesome song to y’all by James Fortune & FIYA called Revealed.
Have you ever longed for God’s Glory to be revealed? Even in this season of Christmas, I don’t see my Lord as a baby in a manger…He is the Glorious Christ awaiting for His Bride which is us who are on Earth while He is in Heaven. Worship is the greatest gift we can give the Lord more than anything in this world. Nothing else matters but Worshiping our Glorious God everyday of our lives. There are times when I have absolutely no words to say but just bask in the presence of the Lord. Just allow your heart and your spirit to be surrounded by His Glory. Yes, we all have needs….but our Father in Heaven also has needs from His children. He needs to know that We love Him. He needs to know that and the only way He can know this is through our worship towards Him. So when you listen to this song…wrap your entire being and worship Him in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. The Father is seeking us to do this for Him.

Sunday Worship: A Place of Worship when All I Want is You
Hi Everybody!
Boy…I’ve never felt so challenged than the last couple of weeks battling pneumonia… but God is faithful to heal me. I know that Zig Ziglar (November 6, 1926 – November 28, 2012), one of the greatest Christian motivators of our time passed away from Pneumonia this past Wednesday and it makes me appreciate life in a whole new way.It’s amazing how we take life for granted sometimes. A simple cold can take your life away.
Today, I just want to give the Lord praise for all that He keeps doing for my life. I worshiped God today in the morning service at my church, but it was really hard…I was struggling to breathe and I wanted to cry so bad because of the pain I was feeling in my lungs, but no one knows how much worship is warfare on its own. Despite all this, I still gave it my all because when you minister to people and when you minister to GOD…you have to learn to step outside of yourself. Some people during the service were getting healed and delivered. My lungs suffered, but God still receives the Glory. I realize that being a worshiper isn’t just standing there and singing a song….it’s literally a fight of faith even when the odds are against you. People in the pew don’t know your struggles if you are a praise team member in your own church because all they want is to be ministered too; However, as a minister on the Praise team…I’ve come to appreciate my role and have come to love God More and more because worship is warfare…When you love God, you set aside your pride and realize that even as a minister, you are not superhuman just because you can sing, you recognize your fragility and remain humble as you recognize that you still need Jesus to come through for you, even when you serve the King of Kings at such an honorable capacity. I needed Jesus to help me today to praise despite the pain I was feeling in my own lungs and witnessed the Holy Spirit move and minister to people in the congregation as I saw the angels at work with my own spiritual eyes…I can testify that God is completely awesome and I will remain in awe of Him forever.
He gives me strength to do things even when it’s hard when I decide to remain faithful with what I have to do. God doesn’t care about flowery worship….He seeks those to Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
John 4:23
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
It’s when you as a worshiper come in communion with the One who is the source of all Truth that makes your worship a powerful weapon that can defeat the evil works planned against your life. Many people prefer worshiping God when all is well….but what happens to the individual when life is taking a turn for the worse?….do you let go of your most powerful weapon which is worship out of your hand and allow yourself to be defeated? No…you should worship even more…even in the worst times of your life because if you let go of that weapon of warfare….your worship will die…and your spirit will die….you yourself,will become your own self-fulfilling prophecy. Never let Go of God. Worship Him…and He will come through for you even in the difficult times. Even if you loose your voice …. pick up a CD and listen to praise and worship and have it in your heart. Worship….is warfare… keep that weapon on you at all times. It’s the one thing that I have in my car that has literally helped me evade car accidents. Worship is a divine gift….don’t allow anyone to steal your worship. When you do that…. you become a slave to self-pity. Don’t get ensnared with that prideful activity.
Worship the Lord your GOD in Spirit and in Truth, and Jesus will make a WAY out of no way for you if you just believe.

Psalm 148 – Praise the LORD

I just want to give the Lord praise today for all that He keeps doing for me and for others in my life. Here is a video to get you in the mood to worship Him today.
Sometimes when we get bogged down with work, school, family, activities, personal issues etc etc, we can forget to give the Lord praise when we focus on our problems rather than on our blessings. There is so much going on in my life right now, but I don’t want to forget the good things that the Lord has done for me. Sometimes I focus on my frustrations when I shouldn’t, but when I start to sing, or pray, or focus on what the Lord has done in the little parts of my day to make things better rather than magnify my problems, I end up in a place where He becomes magnified and He gets all of my praise.
As a praise and worshiper, I have come to realize that there are times when it is difficult to praise the Lord when what you are going through feels like a pit situation; A place where you feel stuck, or where you feel there is no remedy for this situation. I have even noticed that there are moments when I forget words to a song because my mind is elsewhere thinking about a problem that is triggered by a memory out of nowhere that I’ve lost my focus on what I really should be doing which is to give the Lord praise.
Why do these things happen, you ask?
These things simply happen because it’s spiritual warfare to be a War-shiper worshiper.
Worship is a lifestyle, but it’s also a spiritual weapon of warfare.
I purpose to give the Lord the highest praise and give it my all even when the going is rough sometimes. I think that when you’re able to worship the Lord even in your daily struggles, I believe that pure worship is born from these struggles as you continue to recognize the fragility of your humanity and the need of your Lord and Savior in whatever trial you face. So today, focus not on your worries, focus on giving the Lord praise. Start with saying thankyous and then move onto giving blessings and then move onto praise HIM.
God doesn’t want partial worshipers, He wants complete worshipers that will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
John 4:23

It doesn’t mean that you deny your circumstances or your problems, but as a worshiper you choose to not over-exalt your trial before the Lord. Only the Lord can turn your situation around if you believe. Worship is born from Faith, so give all your faith in the One who is able to change whatever it is that you face today, Amen!

Consumer Worship

Well, I hope you are all having a blessed week 
. I wanted to give you all a wonderful vid to look at today concerning how we view worship. Worship is important to me and I can’t help but notice that I seem to be having an ongoing theme regarding it. Like I said before, Worship is not a Sunday affair. It should be a daily practice that can be demonstrated in how you give of yourself and your time to the Lord. I hope people don’t have a designated 5 minute time slot for the Lord when He is always with you every single moment of every single day. Unfortunately, many Christians are giving the Lord the silent treatment acting like He’s not there so today, I would like for us to think about what you have done to show God how much you love Him. I sing about Him, I write, I give my time and money to the things of the Lord, I read, I talk about Him…God is always on my mind everyday. I pray that we also have Him in our hearts each day. Worship God with all of your mind, body and your soul everybody. God deserves our Worship .

The Language of Worship

Yesterday I was in a conversation with some choir members regarding music. The Topic was a discussion concerning Secular versus Christian music. Music is a language that translates emotions, feelings and it also reveals that which we worship. Music can glorify Self, Problems or God but that is dependent on the lyrics to a song. As a worshiper, I thought to myself that we are losing a generation to hype and sounds because they do not listen to the words being spoken in the lyrics of these songs.
I found a clip from P4CM about two teens that decided to stop listening to Secular music and their thoughts. Check it out.
I personally have stopped meditating on and listening to music that does not fill my spirit. I’m not saying people should do what I do, but that’s where I am in my walk with God. Can I say that I am avoiding it all completely???…Well no because when you go to a clothes store you’ll hear music playing in the background and sometimes it’s unwholesome but as long as I don’t meditate on such music, it has no power to contaminate my spirit.
The way I see it, not all secular music is bad but the songs that promote immorality in their lyrics are what we have to watch out for and listen for as well. We cannot afford to be passive hearers of music and not listen to what is being sung in the lyrics at all.
Music is a language that becomes a form of worship by the way we respond to it. Is it truly a wonder how we can get a packed stadium when Usher Raymond, Beyonce, Rhianna or Katy perry come to sing? What they sing with the beat of the music stimulates our senses to gravitate to their songs and when people become fans, they have translated their love of music as a form of worship to the person singing the song. What people choose to idolize is who they end up worshiping. If God doesn’t receive the same level of worship as a famous singer, then there is definitely something wrong with how we are translating how we worship God through music. Music is a powerful force but it is the language we need to fine tune so that we give God all the Glory, all the honor and all the praise. 
Music speaks to our heart and therefore is written from the heart. The reason we always concern ourselves with “The heart of worship” is because that’s where all worship comes from; our hearts. Also consider that when you worship God, you also capture His Heart. When a heart is moved, everything becomes possible. Healing and deliverance becomes easy because the heart is moved to believe. So today think about what it is that you worship from the very depths of your heart and consider that to some extent we have failed to give our 100% to the Lord. Think about what it is that is hindering you from giving your 100% level of worship and consider that worship is such a strong language that it can mobilize people into one mind, one voice and one worship to one Superior God, Our Lord Jesus Christ. Think about these things daily with much consideration and have a blessed day everybody!

In Your Presence
Hi Everybody!
I just love worship and hosting the presence of God when I sing or put on music that fills the room. Whether it be in my car or in my bedroom, worship is where I want to be. Today, I have a song that I love and still love and I pray that it ministers to you today. God is Holy and worthy of all our praises. When I think of His Goodness it’s hard to tear myself away from His Holy Presence. If I had my way, I’d surround myself in a room full of worship songs that would run throughout the day and night and would never stop. That’s how much worshipping Him means to me. Heaven is always in an atmosphere of worship with the angels and heavenly hosts that bow down to worship His Majesty, His Excellency, His Honorable Highness. I’d like to be there right now and just bask in the presence of God as I cry Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty! God is soooooooooo AWESOME! He is all we need, Amen! Fighting For Me
Hi Everybody!
I just want you to know that there are times we go through things and we need to see God in our situations. This is where the battle is not ours and is the Lords.
1 Samuel 17:47
Then all this assembly shall know that the LORD does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the LORD’s, and He will give you into our hands.”
We just have to learn to believe that He is in our situation to see Jesus as the Victor in our battles. When we’ve done all we can, we stand and let go and let God.
Ephesians 6:13
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

We need to want God so much that we cry out to Him everyday to see His Hand move towards our favor. The birthing of miracles starts with our worship. Worship Him everyday. I don’t know what’s happening to me but Praise has been in my spirit as of late and I just want you know that whatever you are facing…when you walk around your wall of Jericho that’s keeping you from your blessing, you just gotta give a SHOUT!!!!! This ain’t no mamby pamby shout with no power that I’m talking about here….you’ve gotta give it your ALL so that Heaven Shakes at the Sound of a child of God’s Cry coming from Earth straight up to Heaven.
If You want Heaven to Touch Earth, then let what you do on Earth Touch Heaven!
See those hindrances come tumbling down. No Weapon is as awesome as PRAISE and WORSHIP. Praise those walls down in your situation. Name that Wall, whether it’s divorce, sickness, joblessness, familial disunity, affliction, torment, drugs, whatever that wall is that’s keeping you and your family back from the Promises of GOD name that WALL and see it tumbling down with your SHOUT of Praise. Praise is a weapon of Warfare that is not carnal, it is mighty through God in the pulling down of all WALLS and all STRONGHOLDS in your life. Praise your way THROUGH to the BREAKTHROUGH!
