How Great Thou Art!!!!

salvation_is_foundHi Everybody!

Okay, I think I’m addicted to StikYard…This group is phenomenal in their worship. Talk about unrestricted praise…and with DRUMS!!!!! :D

There are times in life that you may face challenges and obstacles, but when  you think of How great God is…your challenge or issue today will become smaller in your eyes when you Magnify God in your praise. There are days people act like they have nothing to be thankful for, but each day is a gift and we should not take each day for granted because it could be our very last day.

If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, would you still give God praise or would you simply wallow in self-pity?

What you do right now is just as important as what you did yesterday and what you will do tomorrow. Everything you do in life is important to God and that is why we must make room to Magnify the Lord in our daily walk. Look at where you are right now and ask yourself, did you give the Lord any thanks for what He has done in your day? If not, take a minute to give Him thanks right now, and I mean right NOW.

I know of someone who was adamant that she would not believe in God and thought Christians were “Bible Thumpers” and yet she liked me ironically and enjoyed my company. She was struck with cancer last year and during the time she was away I would call her every now and then to chat with her and check on her even though I was going through my own trial with being laid off without a job etc, and she knew I was a Christian, but she saw me as a “different type” of Christian and yet still refused to acknowledge God. Even though she was stubborn about it, I still prayed for her. Sometimes, when we talk about God, not everyone is willing to accept Him, but the point is, our job is to share about Him anyway.

She revealed a lot to me concerning her family issues and her bitterness and finished with Chemotherapy a few months ago last year. She was making plans to return back to work, however, today, I heard sad news that this same lady passed away. I pray that she found the Lord before her time was up because I knew where she stood concerning the message of salvation, and she did not seem interested to hear the Good news even though it was shared with her. Life was like a flickering flame for her and she did not know, that her time to choose was about to burn out.

We cannot walk around presumptuously thinking “I have all the time in the world”....Are you really sure of that?????

Sometimes we are too busy making other plans in our lives that we can’t seem to see that God is important and we need to make time for GOD in our lives.

Christians are lights to the world that can’t see God. The question I have for you today is how bright is your flame? Is yours dimming through unbelief, increased ignorance and indifference, or is your light shining brightly and burning ablaze with passion for God? It occurred to me that we must assess how bright our flames are as Christians in our daily walk…

If people can’t tell where you stand by just looking at you, then something is out of alignment. Take a look in the mirror my friend and tell me what you see? If Christ isn’t in you…what or who is?

How can we be lights to the world, if we are dim in our convictions towards our salvation and our belief in Christ Jesus?

How will the world know of Him if you are too busy trying to hide Him from others? Or are you simply hiding from Christ yourself?

If you are ashamed of Jesus, Jesus says He too will be ashamed of us. For if Christ is in you, the shame you exhibit falls upon the Christ that is inside of you.  Do not be ashamed of Who you are in Christ, rather Fear Him and remember, the light in you guides all our disconnected brothers and sisters back to Jesus.

Mark 8:38

If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.”
Luke 9:26

Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

Hebrews 2:10-12

10 In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered.11 Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.[a] 12 He says,

“I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters;
in the assembly I will sing your praises.”[b]

Today, focus on what is important and seek to increase that flame of passion in you today. Magnify God in your life by what you say and do and seek to make Him a priority in your life. Make His name famous by living out what you believe out loud so that those that never knew Him can hear His name and call upon it so that they too can be saved. We are life lines to those walking in the wrong direction so seek to be the lighthouse that guides  people back to the Heart of the Father, Amen!

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Today, be blessed by this song called “How Great Thou Art” by StikYard. I guarantee that this presentation will bless you.

We are VICTORIOUS!

Happy Sunday Everybody!

I just had to post this song by Donnie McClurkin feat. Tye Tribbett called We are Victorious!

God has made us to be winners! This Year, is a year of breakthrough, a year of breaking barriers, breaking chains, breaking limitations and anything that hindered your blessings and dreams! God is in the mood of building a Victorious Church this year that won’t back down, that won’t focus on things by what they see, but will walk by faith, act by faith and move by Faith since God is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

Romans 10:17

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
looking unto Jesus, the authorand finisher of
our faith,
who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For we walk by faith, not by sight.
Listen to this Song, let it fill your Spirit today and be Blessed!  God bless you everybody! :D

He Did it for You

Hi Everybody!

I know easter has already passed, but I felt that as I saw this video today, we must remember that Christ redeemed us at a price. He did all that He was predestined to do to bring us back to the Father. He laid down His life for you…No simple man can do what Christ did for all of humanity. All Jesus asks of us today is to now walk BLAMELESSLY.

Jesus did not lay down His life for all of us and then  resurrect Himself in vain. His plan was to reunite us back to the Father and to reconcile and  restore our authority as joint-heirs of the King of kings. Through Jesus’ blood we have access granted back into the Kingdom of Heaven. Let us rejoice and remember that He did it all for you.

Today, think about what the cross means to you. Jesus was blameless and is blameless, now we too must walk blamelessly before the Father and seek to do right. May this video bless your spirit today. God bless you everybody!

Deuteronomy 18:13

You shall be blameless before the Lord your God.

2 Samuel 22:26

“With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful; With a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless;
Job 1:8

Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?”
Psalm 37:37

Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace.
Proverbs 2:21

For the upright will dwell in the land, And the blameless will remain in it;
Proverbs 28:18

Whoever walks blamelessly will be saved, But he who is perverse in his ways will suddenly fall.
Philippians 2:15

that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,
2 Peter 3:14

Be Steadfast ] Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

He Knows and He Cares and He’s Always There

Hi Everybody!

I don’t know why I feel this way, but I feel lead to post this song today by VaShawn called God Cares For You.

It’s true…. God does care for you and sometimes it’s hard to experience the assurance that He does care for you when you are surrounded by bleak circumstances, uncaring individuals in your life and unfair situations that lead you to a road to nowhere. God is saying that even in your darkest hour…He is there. He cares for you. Listen to this song and let it minister to your heart today. You may be feeling broken, but only Jesus can heal your brokenness. He is the God that makes every broken part of you whole. He will meet you whereever you are and His hand and His heart is extended to you if you just look towards Him as the answer.

Jesus loves you, He does care and He is always there whenever you need Him. Do not think that just because you feel He is silent that He does not hear your cries. The answer is on its way to you so keep believing even when your hope seems like its fading….your faith can even be the size of a mustard seed, and that’s all He needs to answer your prayers. Help is on the way so keep your faith  in Him and He shall Deliver you from what you feared.

Hebrews 13:5

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

The Love of God’s Saving Grace

Testimony

Hi Everybody,

I just had to share this personal testimony because God is doing amazing things. First off, I got a car everybody with my sister! Wooohooo!

Last year, some of you know that I lost a job and God blessed me with a new one. I lost a car, and now I have a new one. I lost some friends (so-called) but now I have new ones. I left my previous Church out of obedience because God showed me it was time for me to move and step into a new thing and now I’m part a new Church called the Living Proof Centre – Mississauga which is a branch of Transforming Life Centre in Ottawa.

Let me just say…. God is able to give you a renewed spirit and a renewed strength when you put your Trust in the One that is able to take you to that place of prosperity when you believe in the Jeremiah 29:11 promise.

The stuff that is happening to me now….I can’t even begin to tell you…it’s a testimony in the making. I just want to give God praise! I sowed in Tears, but God has shown me that I’ll reap in Joy.

Psalm 126:5

Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy.

Right now, I am in a new church that is starting from scratch but let me tell you, I believe in what God has for this year of 2014. He showed me in a dream that whosoever is part of building His church this year, He will bless double for their trouble. Ever since I moved by faith and have started to attend this new church which God has shown me to help build, strange and amazing things have been happening to both me and my twin sister. In fact, I got my car within the 2nd service of this new church start up after much prayer and fasting and my pastors blessing us with a prophetic word that came from their mouths.

I still am a praise and worshiper in this church and I will serve the Lord all the rest of my days. I lost my Grandmother last year, but she showed me that God is very important in my life. She died having served the Lord and through her death, I’ve come to know that God is serious about families and building up His children to be strong in Him. May I live serving my awesome God for the rest of my life.

Another Testimony:

Today, is Resurrection Sunday. We had a service last Sunday where three young women came and attended our branch service for the first time. My Pastor gave these three ladies a ride back home after service ended . During the ride, He spoke to them feeling lead by the Holy Spirit to tell them “I don’t know where you are or where you are going right now, but I feel lead to tell you that you are not going to the right place and that you are not in the right place right now”.

One of the three ladies heard what he had said in the car and incidentally, the two  of them were supposed to go to a club that same Sunday later on in the evening. This young lady was so troubled by what my Pastor had said that she decided not to go to the club; however, her friend, whom she always goes with everywhere had decided to go anyway. That same night, her friend was shot in the club. She should have been there with her friend at the club but because she felt a conviction in her spirit from the words of my Pastor, she did not go with her friend and was saved from a tragic bullet that could have potentially been shot at her….

She came to our Sunday service this morning for our resurrection service and praised God in a way you cannot even begin to understand.  Even after the service had ended, she kept praying and praising God as we let praise music play in the background.  She knows that God saved her that day…that is why she is living proof that the saving Grace of God is still alive!

God is amazing and God is sooooooo good that I feel like crying as I think of this testimony this morning.

God loves all his children. It doesn’t matter where you are at right now, God will meet you at where you are right now and take you to where He is because in Him, there is safety, there is love and there is strength.

I saw this lady and was in awe of what the Lord had done to save her. Her friend is in our prayers and we believe that whatever was meant for evil, God will turn whatever it was for the good of those that love the Lord.

Keep praying and remember, God is in the business  of restoring your Faith this year, Reviving worship this year and Renewing your strength and resources this year, and He is still in the business of saving souls this Year as well. Let us intercede for others and pray that God not only brings the harvest, but protects the harvest from locusts that want to steal peoples provision for God’s vision for their lives. They who believe shall enter into God’s courts and give Him the highest praise.

This song comes to mind by R. Kelly called You Saved Me as I think of this young lady’s testimony. May it bless your spirit today in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Stay blessed everybody. God Loves You!

Resurrection Sunday

Happy Resurrection Sunday everybody!

Jesus is Alive! The grave is empty and death has lost its sting! Rejoice and be Glad, for Jesus is our Kinsmen Redeemer!

Joshua 24:15

And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Jesus said to him, “I athe way the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Revelation 3:20

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

Be blessed today! :D

Save Me!

Hi Everybody!

I pray that you all are having a wonderful weekend. I’ve been getting a series of prayer requests this past week with a common theme seeking the Lord’s divine intervention in many of the requests. Just know that there is power in prayer and intercession. No prayer request is too small or too great for God to hear. So keep praying and keep believing and keep trusting in God. Hope is the key that unlocks the door that leads you to what you need. Keep your Hope and Faith alive.

Today, This worship song is in my spirit in reflection towards those that are needing God to do something in their circumstances.  It’s by Kiki “Kierra” Sheard called Save Me.

May this song minister to your spirit today. God bless you everybody. :D

In Thy Name

God's NameHi Everybody,

Hope y’all are having a blessed weekend. Today, I want to post a video called “Thy Name”.

The questions I have for your meditation today are:

Do you know who God is? Who is God to you?

Many people assume that they do many good works in His Name which make them stellar Christians in the eyes of people, but unfortunately, these same people ignore the voice of the Father (through the Holy Spirit) when He gives direction which is an act of DISOBEDIENCE.

If you are one of those that say “I have never heard the Lord say….” or “The Holy Spirit doesn’t speak to me…”, then You need to re-evaluate how you perceive yourself before the Father.

You need to have a revelation of who God is to you in order to hear what He is saying to  you in order for you to be who God wants you to be…and that is to be His child.

148663_10152093485351832_2085451673_nChildren of God are Children of obedience. Obedience is cultivated by a trust relationship. You need to Trust in the Father as the Father also has need to Trust in you.  Trust is built on Faith, and Faith comes by Hearing, and Hearing by the Word of the Lord (Romans 10:17).

Do you Trust God enough to Hear Him? Sometimes our Pride can cause us to be deaf to the Holy Spirit, but when we humble ourselves before Him and pray and seek His face, that is when we truly begin to Hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to “Us” the Church as little children (Revelation 2:7, 11, 17,29; Revelations 3:6, 13, 22).

You know the saying that goes…“When the student is ready, the master will appear”. Well, in our case…it’s different. In our case it is

“When YOU, the Child of God is ready, the Father will appear”.

Are you ready to be what you were predestined to be?

As Jesus is the Great Shepherd, He tells us that “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”  (John 10:27).

In order to follow Jesus, we must be willing to hear what the Spirit of the Lord wants us to hear.

God speaks to us everyday in so  many different ways. Do not put God in a box with your way of thinking. Learn to soften your heart and become sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. You can do this by meditating on the Word and acting on it by faith. When you reach out to the Father by faith, He will extend His hand to you. It’s all in His Word. He is not a man that He should lie. So reach out to Him today and learn to Hear from Him when He calls you by Name.

Scriptures to Meditate on:

Psalm 73:28

But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, That I may declare all Your works.
Ecclesiastes 5:1

Fear God, Keep Your Vows ] Walk prudently when you go to the house of God; and draw nearto hear rather than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they do evil.
James 4:8

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purifyyour hearts, you double-minded.
Numbers 23:19

“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

May This video by Shiftworship Bless your Spirit today. God bless you everybody! :D

Worshiper in Me

Hi Everybody!

I just had to share this song today by Javen feat. Jonathan Nelson called the Worshiper in Me.

I’ve been going through somethings that has made me wonder, where does God want to take me? I know that this year is calling forth for big things to happen and I’m at a stage where I’m willing to step out and step into what God is calling forth. When we worship…we step outside of ourselves and step into what God wants us to be. When I thought about that, this song came to my mind.

So I pray, that if anyone is still sitting on the fence regarding God’s plan for your life, my encouragement to you this day is that the Worshiper in you will help you see where God will take you if you just trust in the one you worship. Stop over thinking everything and just abandon yourself into that place where nothing and no one can distract you and shake your resolve to be what God wants you to be and has called you to be. You know who you are already, because you are a worshiper.  You are a “called out one”, you are His Church.

This year, the Churches that he builds will give him powerful worship that the world has never seen before. Those that are part of this building of churches will be blessed double for their trouble. Trust in him. During the sixth month, there will be a massive turn around in families, finances, and a great outpouring will be released on His willing vessels. The vessels of honor for God will give God the highest praise and everyone will know, that the Church of Jesus Christ is alive. He is the Resurrection and the Life…therefore, the dead church shall rise again.

1 Kings 6:12

Concerning this temple which you are building, if you walk in My statutes, execute My judgments, keep all My commandments, and walk in them, then I will perform My word with you, which I spoke to your father David.

I pray that this song ministers to your spirit today. Stay blessed Everybody!

Just Like You Said

It’s been a while since I’ve last posted anything on my blog and I’m sure some of you missed me! lol. Well, I hope at least some of you did. ;)

Today,I want to post something for the Passover/Easter season. Sometimes we think of Jesus in terms of what He did for us on the cross which I think is always  going to remain in our hearts as amazing. However, let’s think and dig a little deeper this year and consider, what it is that he said during the days leading up to the cross.

Today, focus on this one thing… He is no longer dead. Jesus lives. Where? Inside of you and I…

Jesus is the Resurrection.

Sometimes we focus way too much on the death scene during Easter that we forget that Easter isn’t so much about the horrible death that our Lord endured on a tree… it was about the amazing victory he had and still has over defeating the powers of evil and the power of death that kept us separated from having everlasting life with Him in the first place.

Jesus Lives because He said He would. So we to shall live, because He said we would. Focus on the importance of the life He gave to us and remember what He said, happened. God always fulfills what He promises.

Numbers 23:19

God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
John 11:25

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
Enjoy the video everyone!
